They lock up, as Layla throws a kick. A rear to the face follows. Layla is sent to the corner. Aksana throws her to the apron, kicking her to the floor. Aksana crawls on the apron as Layla connects with a baseball slide. Layla rolls up Aksana, but a kick out. Aksana drops Layla on the ropes following with a knee to her face. Aksana throws Layla’s hand into the mat, following with an arm bar. Layla is whipped into the corner, as Aksana pulls her arm in the ropes. Aksana connects with a snapmare and kicks Layla in the back. Layla goes for a kick, but Aksana throws her to the mat. Pin, but a kick out. Aksana whips Layla, as she connects with an arm drag. Layla then pins.

Layla and Kaitlyn vs Tamina and Aksana

Tamina & Aksana isolated Layla early on, but a tag of Kaitlyn turned the tide of the match as the Divas Champion promptly took control. With her victory clearly in sight, however, Layla tagged herself back in — to the surprise of Kaitlyn — and hit a splash off the top rope to pin Aksana for the win.

Match : Kaitlyn with Layla vs Tamina

Earlier tonight, on WWE Active, Layla asked Kaitlyn if she could accompany her to her match tonight and stand ringside to which Kaitlyn agreed.

Tamina and Kaitlyn are already in the ring as Layla stands ringside. Layla looked stunning in all black as she watched and cheered on Kaitlyn. The bell rings and the Divas go at it. As the match continues, Tamina countered Kaitlyn’s cross body which sent Kaitlyn to the ropes. Kaitlyn fell out of the ring and Layla ran to check on her. Tamina came outside and shoved Layla into the barricade and went after Kaitlyn. Layla tried to get into the ring to go after Tamina but the referee stopped her. Tamina took the advantage and hit Kaitlyn while the referee was dealing with Layla. Tamina pinned Kaitlyn to get the win. After the match, Kaitlyn just stared at Layla.

Smackdown! Results : February 22nd, 2013

Match : Layla and Kaitlyn vs Tamina and Aksana

Layla and WWE Divas Champion Kaitlyn make their way down to the ring, Tamina and Aksana are already there. We got to a video earlier from tonight with Layla and Kaitlyn talking about their match. Back to the match, the bell rings and Layla and Aksana start off the match, but before the girls went after each other, Layla treated Aksana and the crowd with a dance, which got lots of cheers. Aksana then danced, only to get flooded by boo’s and a kick in the booty from Layla. Layla yells “Booty Bump” before hitting Aksana in the face with her bum. Layla brings Aksana towards her corner and tags in Kaitlyn. Kaitlyn puts Aksana in a choke hold as Aksana struggles to get free. Tamina distracts Kaitlyn as she pretends to get into the ring, taking the chance, Aksana goes after Kaitlyn. Kaitlyn falls out of the ring as Aksana argues with the referee, giving Tamina the chance to take advantage to go after the champion.

Layla sees the blind attack and tries to go after Tamina but the referee hold her down. Kaitlyn gets back on her feet into the ring and Aksana gains control. Kaitlyn is now in Tamina and Aksana’s corner as Layla tries to cheer on her partner. Aksana slaps Kaitlyn, Kaitlyn, obviously mad hits back but Aksana sends her down as she kicks Kaitlyn multiple times .Kaitlyn struggles to tag in Layla and finally tags her in as Aksana tags in Tamina. Layla runs in and hits Tamina with a clothesline as the crowd gets pumped. Layla is PUMPED! She kicks Tamina twice before hitting Tamina with her LOL (springboard cross body) and tries to go for a pin but Tamina dodges as she picks Layla up, Layla tags in Kaitlyn without Tamina knowing.

Kaitlyn runs in and spears Tamina, sending her down while Layla takes care of Aksana who tries to interfere. Kaitlyn pins Tamina and here are your winners! Layla takes the Divas title from the referee and spends a few seconds admiring it, before giving it to Kaitlyn. The two Divas celebrate their win as Layla keeps her eyes on the title.

Smackdown! Results : February 15th, 2013

Layla vs Tamina

Insatiable hits and Layla makes her way down to the ring with fabulous new camouflage-designed ring attire! But before she does, she gives an adorable little boy a kiss. Tamina then makes her way down to the ring. The bell rings and the two lock up. Tamina then shoves Layla and exchanges a few words. The crowd starts clapping for Layla as Layla wraps her arms around Tamina, Tamina hits Layla with her elbow and Layla quickly rolls Tamina into a pin. Tamina kicks out and Layla goes for another quick pin, but another kick out. Layla then kicks Tamina in the mid-section and then hits her with a spring board crossbody.

Layla gets the crowd to chant for her as she dances and hits Tamina on the head with her bum. FUNNY! Tamina falls out of the ring and Layla runs to kick Tamina but Tamina pulls the ring apron and Layla falls. Tamina gains control as she goes for a cover but a kick out from Layla. A recap is shown, Tamina has Layla in a hold as the crowd chants “Layla”. Kaitlyn is shown backstage watching the match, observing Tamina. Tamina gets Layla back in the choke hold as the crowd chants and claps for Layla as she tries to escape the hold. Layla fights back, exchanging multiple hits to Tamina, Tamina tries to hit Layla but Layla moves out of the way and quickly rolls Tamina up for a kick out at 2. Layla gets back up and kicks Tamina multiple times. Tamina gets back in control and hits Layla with her frog splash to get the win.

Smackdown! Results : February 1st, 2013

Wade Barrett is being interviewed by Matt Striker when Wade’s eyes catch the attention of someone. Wade walks out of the interview, Layla and Alicia Fox are shown talking to NXT Superstar, Bo Dallas a.k.a (Jacob #2). Wade runs and attacks Bo Dallas from behind. Layla and Alicia both leave, getting away from the backstage brawl.

Smackdown! Results : January 18th, 2013

Layla, Alicia Fox, and newly crowned Divas Champion, Kaitlyn are shown backstage. Alicia and Layla congratulate Kaitlyn on becoming the new Divas Champion after defeating Eve Torres this past Monday on Raw. Layla takes the Divas title from Kaitlyn to hold and says she forgot how heavy the title was and that it’s “heavy-weight”, to which Kaitlyn agrees. Kaitlyn and Alicia talk about shoes as Layla looks on at the Divas title in her hand while smiling. Kaitlyn says she needs to get to her match against Aksana, to which she asks Layla to give her title back. Layla completely zones out, not realizing that she still had the title in her hand and hands it over to Kaitlyn. Booker T. and Teddy Long join in as they congratulate Kaitlyn on her win. Kaitlyn says she needs to get to her match, Layla wishes Kaitlyn good luck.

Do we smell a new feud between Kaitlyn and Layla? Looked like Layla was really happy seeing the title in her hands. Only time will tell!

Layla El born on June 25, 1977 is a English dancer, model, and wrestler currently working for World Wrestling Entertainment. Layla first joined WWE after winning the Diva Search in 2006. Over the years, Layla has made history, becoming the first ever English diva to hold the Women's championship and being the last Women's champion. After suffering a torn MCL and ACL, Layla returned to WWE after being gone almost a year. She returned on April 29th, 2012 at Extreme Rules, where she won the Divas Championship. Read more?
